COCKTAILS & CANAPÉS | THE PHEASANT INN LAUNCH NIGHT
All the free Moët we wanted...
The Pheasant Inn, Hightown has had a fabulous new make over and invited me to come along to their new launch event!
Once I walked up the red carpet, which was a nice touch, and gave my name in I was greeted by a lovely member of staff who offered me a free class of Moet and presented me with a fully packed wine, beer, cocktail and mocktail menu.
I chose to go for the 'Peachy Keen' Mocktail which is made from 'Peach puree, lemon & apple juice served with soda'. I don't usually go for mocktails but this one looked so good I just had to try! It was a very refreshing, sweet and peachy drink that I would definitely recommend if you don't want to drink an alcoholic cocktail or just want something sweet that's not orange juice.
After being taken to a nice, cosy table in the corner I was offered some more drinks while waiting for the canapés to arrive.
The Canapés were full of all different , delicious tasters of the food they offer at the Pheasant Inn such as: Mini fish cakes, Pork brisket in brioche bun, Pork belly and cracking Spiralized Duck salad, Salmon & butternut squash, Deep fried Brie, Lemon posset, Triple chocolate mouse, Lemon tarts and Brownies.
As I only got to sample a few tasters, The Pheasant Inn have invited me back for a meal to be able to do a full review of the food they offer- which I cannot wait for.
The service was very good, considering how busy the launch event was. The staff were very attentive and couldn't offer people enough drinks!

Throughout the evening there was live music being performed by the very talented Natalie Collins, which made the evening flow smoothly and was very nice to listen to.
I really loved the ambience of The Pheasant Inn, very homely and cosy. It created a great, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy the food, drinks and live music.

I had a brilliant time at The Pheasant Inn launch event and I am so excited to have been invited back! I am extremely thankful to The Pheasant Inn for letting me come along and for being invited to such amazing events!
